Very disappointed at check in that i was charged for a superior ocean front room and was assigned the 3rd floor and half my balcony was blocked by a wall. They should charge less for that room. Other than that room was clean and its a great location.

Hiatus stay

Hotel was lovely but a few things let it down. Housekeeping was minimal or non existent. When we arrived we had to request that the sofa bed be made up,the engineer came along to open it and fumbled his way through trying to make it.I had to do it in the end.Then the toilet was blocked so we had to report that.Bed sheets were never changed over the time we were there,even though my husband had cut his elbow and it bleed on the sheets and the pillows.They just made the beds.They didn’t replace the empty toilet paper or give any spares.I had to go looking for the housekeeper and ask for some.The last full day of our stay they didn’t come at all.No beds made,no clean towels.I had to request clean towels so we could shower before going out to dinner.When I asked why the room hadn’t been cleaned I was told that only 3 cleaners had turned up to work that day.One evening we tried to go to the bar for a drink before going out to eat, we went up to the 7th floor,the lady looked down her nose at us and told us we’d have to wait.We only wanted a drink so decided to just leave and go elsewhere. The pool is small but is a nice area,but the water could do with being cleaned. As we had a late flight we asked if they had a room that we could shower in before we left so that we could enjoy the resort on our last day.We were just told no they don’t do that. On checking out we were handed a printed receipt and that was it, they didn’t even ask if we’d enjoyed our stay.

Stayed August 9–13 to celebrate my kids’ birthdays. Positives: friendly bell staff, good bathroom water pressure, convenient beach access. Negatives: limited dining options and early kitchen closure; room service hours were insufficient for late evenings. Housekeeping concerns included stained towels, incomplete room cleaning, missing toilet paper on the final day, and overall cleanliness not meeting expectations. Elevator was out for part of the stay, forcing us to use the stairs. Front desk did not follow up on concerns, and the overall experience did not feel aligned with a four-star property. For the price paid, I did not feel the value matched the experience. The bell staff stood out as welcoming, but I likely wouldn’t return or recommend without meaningful improvements.
