This Provencal landhouse is located in the countryside, without any opposite completely enclosed by natural hedges, with an impressive stone entrance. The well wooded park covers an area of 3000 yd². The property is only 2 miles from one of the prettiest villages in Provence, Saint-Rémy-.de-Provence which, with its magnificent town center, will allow you to go shopping or have a drink on the terrace of one of its many breweries. At only 30 minutes away, you can discover the spectacular site of Baux de Provence or play golf at the splendid Manville Green. For lovers of Art and History, the essential excursion destinations are Avignon and the imposing Palace of the Popes, the theatre festival in July, Orange and its stunning antique theatre and its lyrical art festival. Arles and Nîmes with their beautifully preserved Roman Arenas. Another magical site, La Camargue with its flora and wildlife is just an hour by car. The bulls and Camargue horses as well as rose flamingos in their natural environment, will give you the feeling of an unforgettable experience.

You enter through the well equipped kitchen with table and chairs to have meals. It overlooks the shaded terrace, very pleasant in fine weather, with its view on the pool and the Alpilles chain. At the left are the air conditioned living- and dining-room as well as an air conditoned bedroom with a queen double bed and en-suite shower room with WC. There is also a separate toilet. Upstairs there are three air conditioned bedrooms, one with a double bed, a second with two single beds and the master suite with a queen double bed and attached bathroom. There is also a shower room and separate toilet on the same level.
OUTSIDE
Access to the property is through a large iron gate with its beautiful vaulted arch built of ancient stone. A shed for two cars is available.To the righft²t is the farmhouse and to the left is the covered part of the summer lounge with a barbecue and its comfortable set of garden furniture. Adjoining the kitchen, there is the 210 ft²terrace shaded by a fixed cover. The pool with beautiful dimensions is equipped with an electric alarm and 8 sun loungers to enjoy the Provencal sunshine. A ping-pong table and a boules pitch are available.
