Great location close to downtown stopping and ferry terminal. Quick ride to the airport as well. The hotel is an old historical building and needs some upgrades but it is ljvable. Staff was very professional.

What a pleasure to have such a nice staff..only stayed for 1 night but was very quiet and great location to shops and restaurants..breakfast was so good..only issue was no elevator but the nice lady at the front desk let me keep my heavier suitcase in the lobby

Nice little hotel!

Excellent little place to stay on her last night in the Virgin Islands. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was really good. Has a cute little pool area that we relaxed at

We ended up having bad bed bugs and have had to deep wash or throw away most of our clothing to avoid transferring it home. The staff was great and friendly and the hotel was very pretty, but this was definitely a crappy experience for myself and my wife.

We enjoyed the stay at Bunker Hill very much! There is a really nice view near the pool that overlooks the houses on the mountain and the bay. There is limited parking spots, two that are the hotels and a few that are along the street.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a small issue with our original room and we were immediately moved. We loved the breakfast that was included with our stay. A lovely idea of sit down breakfast and order from a menu. Facility was very clean. Loved the historic nature of the hotel.

No parking. If you notice there is no pictures of the front of the hotel that is because it looks sketchy from the front. The staff was very nice but it desperately needs some updating. The beds and rooms were clean but its old and has not been updated i think in quite a long time.

Nice experience, the place itself is okay but a bit old and moldy inside the room. Very quiet and centered and the staff were very friendly and nice. The stairs were really the worst part but overall we felt comfortable in the room and the area

Very nice family owned hotel the staff is very nice and helpful rooms are clean but little outdated our room was on the 3rd floor and no elevator and a lot of steps, good fresh cooked breakfast in the morning and very good food at the restaurant on premises 2 minutes walk to down town.

Liked restaurant on site. Property needs maintenance: sliding door for balcony had only 1 old type lock in which one can open door to extent to lift up sliding lock and door had no outside handle. Location is rough around the hotel. Stayed on 3rd floor with good views but had to carry luggage up many stairs.

Bunker Hill was absolutely amazing! A charming boutique hotel that blends southern hospitality with top-tier professionalism and thoughtfulness. When I return to the Virgin Islands, Bunker Hill will definitely be my go-to stay. Joanne, Devin, and Laverne were fantastic—making it feel like a true home away from home!

Not easy to walk around and find other restaurants to try, but if you want to buy jewelry it’s perfect. The hotel restaurant bar upstairs food was really good and great service. The breakfast was good and you can get free breakfast til 9:30. The coffee is ok the orange juice with passion fruit was really good. The staff was helpful and patient with all the check ins they had to do. Efficient beautiful full with two pools.
