Luxurious Villa w/ Stunning Ocean Views & Pool

Located in the Peterborg area near Magen’s Bay, Hammer Time is a lovely home bursting with amenities to make your stay in the Virgin Islands everything you’ve dreamed of. To say the ocean views are stunning is an understatement. Gaze across the edge of the pool to the beautiful turquoise of the ocean speckled with other US and British Virgin islands in the backdrop. You must see for yourself.

The villa sleeps 6-8 Adults comfortably. Each of the three main bedrooms has a gorgeous view of the ocean, a private bath, patio access, AC and TV. The fourth bedroom is a children's room with one Queen bed, no attached bathroom. The 1/2 bath is right across in the hallway.

The entire property is surrounded by custom gardens and a wide variety of beautifully cared for orchids. At the side of the villa there are quiet nooks to contemplate the beautiful view and be surrounded by nature. Magens Bay is a 5 minute drive from the property, it is not walkable due to roads being hilly and curvy without sidewalks.

Hammer Time is tucked away in the gated community of Sydney’s Fancy on the Peterborg Peninsula. The fantastic beach at Magen's Bay is just a short drive.

Spectacular St Thomas Property

This was my first time going to St Thomas, and I went with my fiancée and two other couples - Hammer Time could not have been more amazing! There was plenty of space for everyone, it was clean, so SO quiet, and overall such an amazing time! Britt was extremely helpful and responsive and the house had everything you could need (snorkel gear, towels, pool floaties, cooler, etc). We spent our mornings drinking coffee on the deck by the pool that overlooks the ocean, and our afternoons at different beaches around the island. All of our dinners were roughly a 15-20 minute drive (we rented a car which was an adventure, but definitely worth it). Magen’s Bay was less than 5 minutes away, and truly incredible. We will absolutely be returning to this property for future trips!!

Beautiful estate and great location but lots of mosquitoes and bugs

I was impressed with the villa as it was beautiful as in the picture. The dishes and coffee maker were dirty and dog hair everywhere. Also the biggest issue was the amount of mosquitoes and flys. We all must have had about 5 to 10 bites per person. The host got us some repellent but that was not effective. I did kill over 20 flies with the swatter she gave us. But seemed like every morning they were back in full force. We ended up going to Home Depot and buying a bug zapper. That was sort of efficient but still too big a house for just one but it protected the baby. Ac worked okay not the greatest but some rooms seemed to work better than others. And the trash process was cumbersome. The host was kind and prompt and sent the cleaner immediately to address our concerns. I would recommend again it if they resolved the pest control problems.

Hammertime Villa St. Thomas

Hammertime is a beautiful, spacious home that was perfectly described in the listing. The home is well stocked and comfortable. We spent much of our time out on the large patio surrounding the pool. The patio offered shade and sun which worked well for everyone in our group. The views are spectacular and Magen's Bay Beach is super close. Brit was very responsive and does a fantastic job as Property Manager! We had a typical issue with an appliance on Sunday and they were there within a few hours with a brand new replacement. We would 100% rent this property again and can't wait to return.

Hammer Time

This house has a spectacular view and is quite large (enough room for 6 or more people). While there are some deferred maintenance issues, they weren’t significant enough to negatively affect our stay. The kitchen is well equipped and the air conditioning works well. The pool needed cleaning but that was done in a very timely way once reported. In fact, the property managers Brittany and Patrick were as responsive as it is possible to be. If you are going to drive, be advised that it is quite challenging- lots of steep roads, tight turns and poor lighting after dark. Park at the top of the driveway because it is almost impossible to turn around close to the house.

Relaxation and a Wedding

Five of my family members and I spent a week here at this gorgeous location. The house is everything and more. The views incredible. At night, the amount of stars are amazing. We were here for my daughters wedding at the nearby venue Villa Norbu. Our location could not have been more perfect. Magen's Bay beach, the most gorgeous on the island, is a short drive away . The pictures do not do the house or the views justice. The house was incredibly roomy for our family of adults, 10 + 14 yr old. Ordering groceries in advance was very helpful. You absolutely need a car. Proximity to everything we wanted to do was 20 minutes. Megan’s bay beach was an easy drive and Brit has some chairs we used. Have coffee in the out door small deck. The kitchen was stocked w many condiments which was very helpful for grilling or easy breakfast. Thank you for having us!

Perfect USVI Home!

Great location, amazing views of usvi and bvi from patio/pool, perfect home for our family of 5 (would also work great for 4 couples), easy access to all St Thomas and St John have to offer! And host Brit was fantastic to work with and checked in with us ahead of and during the stay to ensure everything was good. Would definitely recommend and would definitely plan another stay at Villa Hammertime!

Not Worth The Price

Great view but not worth the price!! Wifi slow, prevented work efforts. TVs broken and/or not working. Outside furniture uncomfortable and stained. Not well maintained with pool light, shades, and other efforts not working.
