The Margaritaville Vacation Club - St. Thomas is not only an incredible new beach resort for Jimmy Buffett fans, but it's also your personal slice of Margaritaville. This destination is famous for its stunning beaches, exceptional shopping, and a laid-back atmosphere that effortlessly melts away your worries.

THE ISLAND OF ST THOMAS HAS NOW PASSED A TRANSIENT OCCUPANCY TAX (HOTEL TAX) FOR ANY GUESTS STAYING ON THE ISLAND. IT IS $25/NIGHT PER UNIT (not per guest). THIS IS COLLECTED BY THE RESORT AND PAID DIRECTLY TO THE GOVERNMENT. IT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL AMOUNT.
