Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The property was in very poor condition. There was a broken refrigerator on the back patio with the door still attached. Very dangerous for small children. There were bugs crawling all over the furniture. We would have left the property had it not been for the fact that it was just a overnight stay before heading to the airport. The itinerary stated that it would be a $35 cleaning fee. The host charged us $75. We are disputing this charge through our American Express account. You could bet that before I use Expedia again for any of my travel plans I will check to see if that property is still listed . If it is I will no longer use your site. I would appreciate a return phone call my phone number is 954-540-3571
