Skiurlaub 02/2024 Alps Resorts Alpenpark

Wir haben eine schöne Woche Skiurlaub zu acht (4 Erwachsene, 4 Kinder) im Superior Chalet #8 im Alpenpark verbracht. Die Beschreibung bei FeWo trifft leider bzgl. der Nähe zu den Liften überhaupt nicht zu. Angegeben sind 100 Meter - es sind jedoch 1,3 km, so dass man auf jeden Fall das Auto nehmen muss. Selbst der Weg durch die Anlage zum Shuttle ist zu Fuß mit Skien zu weit und unwegsam. Der Alpenpark ist insgesamt schön geplant, die Häuser chic, tolle Aussicht über die Bäume in die Berge. Es handelt sich aber noch um eine große Baustelle. Viele Häuser sind im Bau, es liegen Bauschutt, Kabelrollen etc. herum. Die Zuwegung ist größtenteils unbefestigt. Das Chalet #8 selbst ist sehr hübsch und für 8 Leute gut geeignet. Man merkt aber, dass es gerade erst fertig gestellt wurde und noch ein paar Mängel hat. Der Fußweg zum Haus ist noch nicht fertig, man muss einen Trampelpfad teils heraufklettern, sehr rutschig und gefährlich, v.a. mit Gepäck. Es fehlen noch Details - z.B. Balkonmöbel (haben andere Häuser schon), Fleece-/Sofadecken, teils Küchenausstattung (eine große Pfanne wäre schön für 8 Leute). Mehr Haken zum Aufhängen wären wichtig, v.a. im Bad-en-suite im EG. Die freistehende Badewanne ist nicht am Boden befestigt und fällt um, wenn man sich auf den Rand lehnt. Sonst sehr schöner großer Wohnbereich, tolle Sauna, hübsche Schlafzimmer. Putzdienst sollte gründlicher arbeiten (Staubflocken unter den Betten). Insgesamt zu empfehlen, aber mit Nachbesserungen.
