To beginning (A) it's sand beach then rocky up to C where in some spots swimming and with a boardwalk to ease reach the sand beach
Access to the sand beach from the village is from point B just below the apartment, so around 6 minutes walkaway and if you get early you should have plenty space to enjoy the clear water and stunning sunrise (see photo)
