The hotel staff were great. After a long drive they provided excellent suggestions for dinner and breakfast. They were right, Pistachios was Amazing! A big stress of traveling with family is knowing what areas are safe to walk around and where to get family friendly food. They helped with both!

I don't like the separate parking charge, breakfast is not included, and over priced if you purchase it on site. The room and bathroom are too crowded. I like the location, it's very close to the university.

I had a pleasant stay at Courtyard New Haven at Yale. The front desk lady, wearing stylish blue glasses, was incredibly friendly and helpful. Since we arrived late around 8pm, she recommended the nearby Yorkside Pizza & Restaurant, a Greek place. She also efficiently activate my mobile key. The hotel’s location is ideal, just a short walk to the Yale Admission Center at Sheffield-Sterling-Strathcona Hall (1 Prospect St), perfect for our campus tour. Parking at the hotel was hassle-free compared to street parking. Overall, a convenient and welcoming stay!

We stayed for one night for a local baseball tournament. The staff was friendly. The only negative is that our room had a faint mildew smell but it was very hot and humid. The room was very clean though and the air conditioner worked great.
