Absolutely wonderful stay at this cottage. Everything was exactly perfect. Location, comfortable, quiet, and of course Staniel Cay is beautiful. Enjoyed everyday of the 10 days I was here. Anita and Theodore are the best, so helpful and a joy to meet. Hope to return here again.

We stumbled across this listing exactly a year before our trip. We've been to several out islands in the Bahamas but had never been to Staniel Cay. This property is flat out amazing! If anything, the pictures don't really capture the beauty throughout. We were greeted by the staff as our flight arrived and taken to the home. It was super convenient and the house is laid out extremely well. Four of the 6 rooms are oceanfront and the kitchen and living room offer amazing ocean views. The kitchen is well stocked for gourmet cooking and has plenty of spices, which is very nice! We used a private chef 3 times (Florinda, we love you), and ate at the yacht club the rest of the time. The water in the bay in your backyard is simply pristine. The backyard has tons of room to play beach games, and we took advantage of the basketball and pickleball court daily. One of the things that really stood out and separated this property from others is how well thought out everything is. There is a large touch screen in the kitchen designed to communicate with the property manager for any needs that arise. All of our questions were answered in a very timely manner. We had housekeeping daily which is sooo nice when staying for a week with a house full of people. We inquired about some very cool custom shirts representing the property and the staff gave our entire crew a shirt and a yeti-style tumbler. All in all, this was simply a perfect trip and we can't wait to go back!

Absolutely amazing place on Staniel! Was even decorated for the holidays! Very close to everything but also secluded with no neighbors. Perfect place! We will be back!!!

An amazing experience. The location of the property is as described. Beautiful views. Dock and golf cart made accessibility to boating and getting around super convenient. Property owner was so helpful in all ways. People in staniel cay were super friendly and honest. My small purse fell out my pocket while we were on the golf cart on one of the island’s roads. Within half an hour of me realizing I had lost it, Marty the property owner, had been notified it had been found and where it was waiting for me. Nothing was missing from the purse. I was so relieved and thankful. This place is heavenly. We can’t recommend enough.

The location of this home is great. We were able to zip around the island to all the spots (Staniel Cay, Pirates Beach, boating, fishing etc). James and Lorraine were great. So informative and friendly. You need to rent their golf cart while you stay here. Take a boat to all the little islands.
