College Heights Apt - Spacious 1BR, Full Kitchen, 2 Min Drive to Campus

Our updated College Heights apartment is 6 blocks from west Penn State campus and the Nittany Lion Inn and 1.5 blocks from the PSU golf course and walking/biking trail. Our quiet street is lined with large oak trees. Located on the lower floor of our single-family home, this separate apartment features a spacious bedroom with a king bed and a roll away bed for 3rd person, living room, full kitchen, modern bathroom with shower, and laundry room. Guests will enjoy the walk-out basement apartment with separate entrance, windows in each room providing lots of natural light, and a large fenced-in back yard with sitting areas and a propane fire pit.

We live on the separate main floor of the home. Because we have two young children, please be aware that you may be able to hear noise or little feet running on the floor above at times. They are usually asleep from 8/9pm - 7/8am.
