Welcome to our beautifully renovated 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom house, ideally located near Penn State University in State College, PA. Step into a modern space with new hardwood flooring and plush carpets throughout, complemented by fresh paint and a newly remodeled kitchen. All-new furniture compliments the house including countless additional amenities to enhance your stay.



Relax and unwind in the spacious and comfortable family room, where you can bond over board games or indulge in your favorite Netflix shows on our large screen. This house is exactly as pictured. Very clean, nicely decorated and well stocked to make you feel at home. Host was clear on communications, check in and check out was very easy. Perfect location, easy access into town by driving or Uber. We had 5 people staying in the house and there was plenty of space. We would definitely stay here again.

Park Forrest Gem

The property was perfect for our Penn State NSO stay, The manager Ryan was very quick to respond and super helpful!, The house was fully equipped with everything we could want including MLB Network (much to my husband's excitement!) The home was very clean in a lovely residential neighborhood where we happily watched wild rabbits and chipmunks run all around the yard. The location was very ideal, located near a Target, Wegman's and many dining options. Was a quick drive back and forth to campus for our teens. We will be checking for this property again for future visits to the area!! Thank you :)

I stayed here for one night for the PA State Indoor Track Meet held at PSU and this location was super convenient to the stadium. It was very clean and comfortable and great communication from the owner. Would stay here again for sure!

Great location and house!

This home is in a quiet and safe neighborhood, with street and driveway parking. The home itself was much more impressive in person, spacious, nicely decorated, incredibly clean, and very comfortable furniture and beds. We appreciated also the extra blankets around the house and pillows on the bed. Nice amenities such as 4 k-cups (2 decaf which was perfect for my friend), bathroom necessities, Netflix and TVs in all rooms. If we visit the area again, we will certainly stay here again! We did not get to enjoy the outside deck nor the game room, but was a nice added plus.

Thanksgiving in State College

This property was clean and cozy for our family to celebrate Thanksgiving together! The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils that were great for cooking and serving multiple meals during our stay! They also have a great start on refinishing rhe basement which will hopefully give additional sleeping/hanging out space and an additional bathroom. We hope to stay here in again in the future!

Easter Retreat

We booked a stay at this property because of it's close proximity to Penn States campus since we were coming to visit our son for the holiday weekend. Not only did we get to visit our son but I made Easter dinner for our family and a few of his friends. The dart board and Foosball table were a great past time for everyone before and after dinner. The house was clean, the furniture was comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet yet close to lots of shopping and restaurants. I highly recommend this property if you are looking to stay in State College.

Perfect house for our family

We had a very easy check in process & everything was very well explained prior to our arrival. I had also asked the owner several questions beforehand with a very fast response time! The 3 bedrooms were all furnished nicely & it was a plus that there was a TV in each room. The living room being in a completely separate area was great since we had young kids going to bed earlier & we could be in a separate space away from the bedrooms. There were plenty of board games to keep the kids entertained! Very easy commute to Penn State campus where we were attending an event. Thank you for a great stay at our home away from home!

Great home for a family stay

We enjoyed our stay at this property - it appeared to be newly redone and had a number of nice touches for guests coming into town in the evening (coffee pods, shampoos & body washes for the shower). The small game room off of the living room was also a nice touch. The owners were responsive to a home alarm snafu & were generally helpful. We appreciated the cleanliness of the property and its location, convenient to grocery stores, gas stations, etc.)
