There is boat access, dock and private shoreline to use at your leisure. Attached is a 5 story tower that allows a spectacular view of five islands and Canada. Fishing , swimming, and boating are just some activities to partake, including ping pong! Perfect for spring, summer or fall get away!

Wonderful place!

Property is nice and clean. Beds and couches comfortable. Kitchen and dinning great. Bathroom nice and clean. Tower amazing!! (Lots of steps) So much fun swimming and fishing!! Alex Bat close by for a day into town!

Incredible views

The location is just outside of Alexandria Bay and benefits from that because the river is so much quieter. The photos don't do the property justice. The views are absolutely stunning so enjoy the sunrises and sunsets. We also had the bonus of seeing a few mink running around which was pretty cool.

River retreat

The property was recently built so everything was in good condition. The views from the deck and tower are breathtaking to watch the sunsets. Not very convenient to restaurants but if your looking for a peaceful retreat you won’t be disappointed.
