We invite you to be our guest in this beautiful mountain townhome! The spacious floor plan and high-quality amenities make it the perfect place to enjoy your mountain getaway!

Located within The Enclave development, you'll only be a mile from the main Gondola at Steamboat Ski Resort. Take an easy ride on the free bus service (bus stop is located directly across the street) to reach a day of epic skiing and snowboarding. At the end of day, take the short bus ride home or make a five minute drive to the downtown area to enjoy the wide variety of restaurants and shops. During the warmer months, there is easy access to the community bike path system.

The premier location offers an end unit with lots of windows, natural light and beautiful mountain views. The first floor offers an open and airy living area, dining area, and kitchen. With hardwood floors throughout, plenty of seating, a stone fireplace, a large flat screen television with surround sound, a DVD player, and cable, it's the perfect space to enjoy the company of family and friends. Also on the first floor is the attached 2-car garage with easy access to the kitchen through a mud room. No scraping the snow off your windshield … and there's plenty of storage in the garage for all of your equipment and gear!

The kitchen includes a microwave, gas range, dishwasher, refrigerator, and granite countertops. (All new Samsung kitchen appliances recently installed.) It's fully stocked with everything you need to prepare and serve a meal. Or, if you'd prefer, feel free to enjoy any of the great restaurants and catering services available in the vicinity.

After a long day of skiing, biking, hiking, or just relaxing, feel free to curl up next to the fireplace or walk out the back door and across the street to enjoy a soak in the outdoor seasonal community hot tub.

When it's time to retire for the evening, retreat to one of the three bedrooms (each with its own ensuite bathroom) located on the second floor. Each of the two end bedrooms have a queen bed and plenty additional space to be able to relax and unwind. (The master bedroom includes a flat screen television.) The middle bedroom has two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds … the perfect space for the kids to enjoy!

Steamboat is an amazing town at any time of the year. It is home to world-class skiing in the legendary “Champagne Powder” during the winter and some of the best hiking and mountain biking in the summer. No matter what time of year you visit, you'll enjoy a warm and welcoming atmosphere and be surrounded by some of the most beautiful mountain scenery in the world!

This townhome will provide the perfect sojourn in the mountains. Come relax and enjoy all of the amenities of this beautiful home!

Spacious and Comfortable

Great vacation rental for a group ski trip. The en suite full baths in every bedroom was really nice - and we never ran out of hot water. The kitchen was well stocked to cook a few meals. Bedrooms were large and comfortable enough - the bunk beds are a bit on the shorter end so if you have tall adults planning to stay there they may be less comfortable. Location was easy to find, close to the shuttle to the ski resort, and about a 20 minute walk to the base area as well. Right across the street from the outdoor shared community hot tub. Hosts were responsive over text and check-in/out were both smooth. The common area on the first floor - kitchen, dining, living - was spacious which was great for everyone to comfortably hang out.

Spring break in Steamboat

The condo was perfect. Furnishings were all top notch and the location could not be beat. The pictures do not do it justice because you cannot tell how truly large the room is. This house was perfect for my brother and I and our two sons to get a few days of skiing in over springbreak. The house would be ideal for two families of four to split.

Fabulous place

We came for our summer vacation, and the place was perfect for our stay! The garage was really great with our bikes and gear. I would certainly stay again as the access to all Steamboat has to offer is close by. Ray is also the most responsive owner I have ever had! Thanks for sharing your amazing place!

What’s not to love?

This house is perfect! My husband and I brought his sister and her husband and 11 year old daughter here. We had so much space to spread out. The kitchen has everything you could need. The porch with a fire pit was perfect at night. A great game of corn hole in the side yard. Truly a wonderful place to call home!

We really appreciated how spacious this property is, especially after a couple nights in some cramped quarters. It's on a nice, quiet street, doesn't look like much from outside since you only see the driveway and garage door, but inside is wonderful. (It's also sweet to have an attached 2 car garage.)

Family Reunion/ Mom’s Memorial

We were back in Steamboat to honor our mothers life. She grew up here and in some ways so did most of us. We have fond memories of Steamboat!! When we walked in, we were pleasantly surprised at the size of the townhouse. Everything was wonderful from the kitchen to the bedrooms. Even the neighbors (John/Pam) were friendly and helpful!! We didn’t need to use the property manager. I accidentally marked it and couldn’t un mark it so I decided to still give 5 stars. I’m hoping they would have been great to work with if we had needed them. We would all highly recommend this place!!!! Thank you

Very comfortable stay

Very nice townhouse! Furnishings were very nice. Kitchen was well equipped which we really appreciate since we eat in. Enough seating for family which is another rarity when we rent places. Everyone commented on the nice soaps and shampoos that were provided as well. Location was close very close to skiing. We drove to resort but bus stop was close had we chosen to use it. Hot tub is across the drive but close enough to still be convenient. It is outdoor and covered while not in use. Wonderful to be able to relax and catch up with family in comfort after a day in the outdoors.

Family ski trip

Excellent kitchen, dining, and living area for a group of 8. Upstairs bedrooms each had a full bath. Bathrooms were very clean and beds very comfortable. We kept skis in garage. Hot yup was across the street but close and convenient to get to. Of importance to our group was the super close access to the steamboat green line bus. Literally a 2 minute walk from condo driveway to bus stop, and was 10 minute bus ride to gondola square. You can easily get on the red or purple line to purchase groceries or get to different stores anc restaurants. The owners were excellent to work with. Would rent again on a future trip . Bob
