Marphilous Times is a brand new home with all the amenities and close to all the local markets, restaurants, cafe's, food trucks and marina's in Steinhatchee.
Very roomy home with large screen TV's in every room. Total electric kitchen with all the utensils and appliance needed for cooking up the days fresh catch from the gulf. For those who prefer outside cooking there is a gas grill and pellet grill for your use.
Master bedroom has two queen beds and large bathroom with separate tub and shower. The other two bedrooms have 2 twin beds each. Outside grilling area is covered and has lights and outside furniture for late night story telling. Privacy fence surrounds three sides of property with ample room for parking boat and UTV/golf cart trailers. You are sure to enjoy "Marphilous Times" and all the fishing, fabulous cuisine, sunsets in the laid back lifestyle Steinhatchee has to offer.
A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. The bathroom has a bathtub.Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

Perfect location for scalloping

We decided to come to Steinhatchee for scalloping. This house was in a perfect location, close to the boat ramp and many great restaurants. The interior of the home is beautiful and the yard is spacious enough for us to store our boat and vehicles. Will definitely look to reserve this when we come back to Steinhatchee again.
