Built in 2021, 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath home in gated community with boat slip included. Gorgeous view from 2 decks overlooking the marsh and Steinhatchee River. Located near the Community Pool and BBQ. Central to everything and a short boat ride to the gulf. The kitchen has a full size gas stove with oven, full size refrigerator, dishwasher and full size washer and dryer in the laundry room. Conexon fiber high speed internet and wifi throughout the home. 75" Television/DVD with Youtube TV in the living room and master and full size TV and DVD player in each bedroom.

My stay at this beautiful riverfront home was incredibly peaceful and relaxing. The house was very clean, and I slept exceptionally well on the comfortable mattress! We had a fabulous view of the fireworks, and enjoying my morning coffee on the back porch overlooking the river was a highlight of the trip! Ringing in 2026 at your wonderful home was truly a delight!

Luxurious River Front

This is by far THE best place to stay in Steinhatchee!! The location is perfect, amenities are above & beyond and the home was very comfortable and clean. We spent 4 nights for a guys fishing trip and couldn't have asked for a better location and a dock to keep the boat. This will be our go to for upcoming annual trips!!
