Spacious room. Clean, comfortable rooms. Pillows are on the firmer side and no variety within the room. We did not ask reception if softer pillows were available. Friendly reception and a standard 1pm checkout (bonus). Onsite bar and resturant. Service was great; food is underwhelming. Good value for money. I would recommend and stay again.

The staff and the front desk were very accommodating and very nice. All the staff were nice. The rooms were very clean. I wanted to say thank you to Cheryl for being a good housekeeper. Every hotel should have a housekeeper like her! l am definitely coming back for sure every year. Stephenville is the best place to come back to the hometown where I grew up. Thank you

Just before midnight someone with the key card to our room opened the door. I happened to be up still and was standing close to the door so I closed it immediately and phoned the front desk to let them know. They said it was the security guard who goes around at night to check the unoccupied rooms. Well they ought to be able to give him an updated account of which rooms are really occupied or not. Otherwise our stay was pleasant.
