The entrance is ground level and leads directly in the living room/bedroom. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room / bedroom with 2 additional beds at couch/sofa, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the terrace. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Cooking nook in the living room / bedroom with dinette, gas stove (4 burners), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), coffee machine and toaster. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the balcony. Bathroom with bathtub, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet and washing machine.
TV or radio channel can be received only in national language per cable.


Location
Stintino. The holiday home is located on a open garden plot with meadow, flowers and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available in a carport.

Air conditioning. Television reception is via cable. TV channels only in the local language.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a CO2 detector, smoke detector and fire extinguisher.


Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (in operation from mid-May to mid-October, 8 m x 4 m, 1.40 m deep).
