Amazing hotel! Very professional and friendly staff especially Amanda, Selma and Astrid who contributed to a wonderful and relaxing stay at Hotel Reisen. We got an early check-in after 8 hours of flight form New York and got a room upgrade on the 7th floor. Room 703 is adorable. Breakfast was fabulous. SPA is great. This hotel is better than it looks on photos. there is everything you need in walkable distance. Will go definitely go back!

Very friendly staff, great spa facilities, a lovely bar and sitting room at the back which we only found out about on our last morning. (It would have been good to know about at check-in). Great location and very well appointed room with a balcony.

The property was very clean and the rooms were quiet. The bar had a great selection of drinks and the food at the restaurant was very very good. Get the meatballs. The sauna and cold plunge were great and you can order some snacks and drinks while you are at the spa. You can also get a massage if you want. I would stay here again

It was a pleasant stay and I generally enjoyed it. Staff were great. I wouldn't rate it 10/10 though as they didn't give water in the bedroom (which I'd expect for a 5* hotel), I found it to be a little noisy at night and the room was very warm (and the thermostat seemed not to work)
