A friendly and characterful hotel, well located close to metro (2 min) and tram (5 min) stops. Comfortable beds and an excellent breakfast buffet. Our Oak room gave just enough spreading-out space to be comfortable for a 7-night stay. We’d have appreciated some drawers for small items, and we found the bathroom difficult to use. We’d have happily reused our towels but it was hard to keep them dry enough because water from the shower got everywhere.

Nice accomodation, but keep looking.

In picking this hotel, I expected a more upscale experience. The room was comfortable, but a bit dated. And the features Americans are used to like tissues and washcloths are not included. We found it wasn't easy to use the shower in that the entire bathroom floor was flooded after use. For the price point, it was a good stay--not a great stay.

We paid for a Deluxe. Room and I must admit I was a tad disappointed, the photographer was clever with the angles. The balcony was disappointing. The hotel is looking a little tired and the bathroom we had is definitely due an upgrade, the shower was very underwhelming. In the restaurant area all the the lights needed dusting, I wrote Dusty on one of them, it needs a good clean. The plus side, the staff are great, from front of house to the restaurant and the chamber workers, very polite, professional and friendly. Great location.

The hotel was probably the highlight of our Stockholm trip. The lobby and the room were wonderfully furnished. The hotel staff was super friendly. And the breakfast was delicious. If you visit in summer, the rooms get quite hot (no AC)--you can get fan from the front deak if you ask though.

We loved the quiet neighborhood and walkable distance to many areas like Gamla Stan and Hotorgets. The staff are friendly and always available. The breakfast in the morning had a fresh variety of options. The gym was amazing, my favorite part of the hotel. It had a great selection of equipment and was kept very clean. Our room, though smaller, was very cozy. No complaints! We loved our stay and would 10/10 recommend!

The staff was very gracious, amazing breakfast, rooms are clean and very nice. Our first room was too small for our comfort, but the staff easily moved us to another space and we had a wonderful stay.

Brilliant boutique hotel in a great neighbourhood. Lovely rooms, friendly, courteous staff and terrific breakfast. Don’t check out the gym but it looked better than the average hotel fitness room. Will be staying there again and again.

Great hotel on a quiet street but walkable to everything. Close to public transport too. Included was a great breakfast, so many American and European breakfast options. Live music in the lobby and a great bar. Friendly staff. Only 1 issue - you had to unplug the bedside lamps to charge your phone at night as only 1 outlet next to the bed.
