This is my second time staying there. The staff is wonderful and this time they helped me right away with an upgrade to a room with a window and view. The hotel is clean, affordable and offers a wonderful free breakfast every morning. In the evening, you can enjoy a bar right on property. The hotel is within easy walking distance of several restaurants. A bit longer walk will take you right to Gamla Stan.

Very good breakfast buffet and right around the corner from public transport, also walking distance from many attractions and historic downtown. Rooms are okay not the most aesthetic but clean and functional and good for the price.

Ruined The Trip - Awful!

Awful! Travelled with our 1 year old baby and was put directly above the hotels night club - completely ruined the trip! Complained to hotels.com whilst we were there, who made no effort to resolve the issue. Floors were not clean in the room, tiny bathroom (only a shelf on top of the toilet!), breakfast was ok but that’s the only positive thing I have to say. We were moved from the 1st floor to the 4th floor on the second night which was not much better in terms of noise. Hotel staff on reception even suggested we move our baby’s cot ourselves, along with our baby and luggage - zero hospitality. There’s no way that this is 4* hotel. Avoid!
