The room was incredibly dirty, and as soon as we entered, it smelled terrible. Everything was in terrible condition. I wanted to run away, but since I was with my elderly parents, we had to put up with it. Very bad experience, I will never come back here again.

The front desk staff were amazing. The room was dirty. There was a broken metal hanger on the floor I stepped on, the shower wouldn’t turn off so it was constantly dripping water, there was so much dust on the TV, and old food and garbage behind the beds with a stain on the pillow

I'm not a fan of hotels that are out side accessible that allow anyone can walk up from the the street to you bedroom door like a Motel. I like the Best Westerns that you have to walk through the lobby to get to the rooms. This felt more like a Motel than a Hotel.
