Gave 2 stars because hotel staff was pleasant. Otherwise, Would have been lower. Non-smoking room wreaked of cigarette smoke. Let front desk person know immediately after checking in. Bed mattress sat on something metallic that clanked with any movement. Toilet handle wouldn’t budge so had to remove tank lid to lift flapper and force flushing. Would have called to have fixed but was a single night stay and didn’t need toilet til middle of the night. Not a super clean room. Bathroom floor and tub had lots of stuff left on them (coiled fabric pieces, hair, dirt). Toilet seat was also dirty. Interstate noise constant in room.

This property looked clean and quiet upon arrival. Parking was easy and it felt safe. The main lobby was clean and very well maintained. The customer service was great and a smooth easy process. There is vending machines, and an ice machine as well. The room was very clean, and there was no smoking smell which was a BIG PLUS!! The a/c and heater worked well which also was a huge plus
