The staff was horribly and i mean HORRIBLE MY SISTER BOOK THE ROOM FOR ME BECAUSE I STAY OUT OF TOWN AND I MEAN OUT THIS AREA CODE,SHE ARRIVED FIRST TO GET CHECK IN SO WHEN I GET THERE ALL I HAVE TO DO IS GO RELAX FROM THAT EXHAUSTING TRAIN RIDE I JUS TOOK BUT NO SOON AS SHE WENT TO THE OFFICE THEY SAID DOLLER DEPOSIT WHICH SHE DIDNT HAVE SO WHEN I ARRIVED WITH HER DAUGHTER IN THE LOBBY BECAUSE SHE WAS HELPING ME WITH ALL MY LUGGAGE SHE SAID :THE CLERK" IT WAS 100 BUT SHE COULD WORK WITH ME I WENT O. Bed bugs everywhere. Do not stay there. Massive bed bugs to. Literally got bit everywhere and infested my clothes. Then when confronted about I was asked to keep quiet or i wouldnt get my deposit back.

Bugs!!!!!!

Was one of the worst hotels ever. Found cockroaches in the room. Managers tried talking their way around it. I’m now in the process of trying to get a refund bc we didn’t stay. We left and had to drive all the way home just to come back and drive two hours the next morning to be there by 7:30 am!

Perfect location for attending an event at the arena or the convention center. Also, it is adjacent to all the downtown government buildings. Clean room with everything a business traveler or tourist could want. As a business traveler, I appreciated the in-room coffee maker, medium-size refrigerator, microwave, an iron and ironing board, lots of electrical outlets, and a small table and chairs. It was very comfortable and a nice place to be after very busy days at the conference. The staff was very friendly, and parking was free—all that, and a very reasonable price. I would come back.
