Our Beachfront Villa of 170m2 can comfortably accommodate a group of up to 10 people. As a plus to this property, guests are welcome to use another house in the same village of 120m2, but 5 min away by car.
Main Villa Brulupes with tastefully decorated living room and fully equipped kitchen plus dining room with a view of the pool and the sea is connected to a large terrace and a beautiful sunbathing area. The charmingly decorated master bedroom with its own bathroom is also located on the ground floor, as is the bathroom connected to the living area. Three bedrooms with a large bathroom are on the first floor.
The spacious outdoor area offers a fantastic, private infinity pool with an integrated jacuzzi, a beautiful covered terrace with a dining table and a traditional open fireplace for outdoor barbicue, a basketball court, a bowling alley, a tennis table. Since you only have a few steps to the beach, you can take a kayak and a small boat to the top restaurant in the bay across the sea. The pool is open from 01.04. until 25.10.
Another traditional Villa included in this offer is just 5 min away by car from this daily beachfront getaway. The spacious three bedroom Villa with private pool is situated in centar of village.
This combination of two Villas are perfect accomodation for bigger families and friends group or bigger family reunion worlwide like weddings or Bachelorette meetings on a same place. Terrace just above the sandy beach and whole property is big enough for hanging out together the whole group, and just sleeping can be organized in the upper Villa for 6 people (another 10 can sleep in the first Villa).

Available to guests
Guests have a spacious 2 Villas and a private outdoor fenced area, just for them. All facilities such as an overflow pool with a jacuzzi, a private mooring for a boat, a basketball court, a bowling alley, a tennis table, a volleyball net, billiard room, darts and a trampoline are of course at their disposal. As well as a kayak, a SUP paddle board and a boat that guests can drive themselves with a boat driver's license. Luxury facilities in a self-sustainable way.
Other notes
Energy in the house is obtained only from solar power - self-sustainable way, so guests with electricity need to be economical.
Private mooring is available for our guests for free, so guests with their private boats or yachts can be accommodated here with pleasure.
