**Review for Pan Pacific Hotel: Extremely Disappointing Stay** I had high expectations for my stay at the Pan Pacific Hotel, but unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. We arrived on a snowy night and, due to the lack of plowing, we parked in a row with other cars at what seemed like a reasonable spot. However, at 2:00AM, we were unexpectedly woken up with a call from the front desk, saying that someone had complained about our parking. This was frustrating, especially since our car was clearly not obstructing anyone. When we went down to inquire, we were surprised to find that hotel staff hadn’t even sent anyone to verify if our car was actually in the wrong spot. They had just acted on a complaint. After seeing that our car was fine and not blocking anything, we went down again to speak with someone. A security guard confirmed that our car was indeed parked correctly for the conditions of the parking lot. The real trouble started when we tried to resolve the situation with the hotel. They insisted it was our fault, despite us having photographic evidence that our car was in the right place. They even tried to claim that our photos were taken *after* we had moved our car, which was a complete fabrication. All we wanted was a simple form of compensation, like a refund for the paid parking, but after weeks of back-and-forth, we got no meaningful resolution. The hotel’s response was unsatisfactory and unprofessional. Needless to say, we will not be returning.

This hotel needs more attention

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times over the past three years due to its convenient location for work. However, some ongoing issues remain unaddressed. The path to the parking area is rough on luggage, and the route from the lot to the main entrance is poorly lit at night, especially in winter — despite multiple complaints, no improvements have been made. The hotel also isn’t eco-friendly, still using small plastic containers for toiletries instead of dispensers. The coffee machines are old and produce poor-quality coffee, and the gym equipment is outdated. I hope to see upgrades to both the gym and coffee machines soon. While the location is great, the facilities definitely need attention.

Room was very clean and updated. Very nice view of area.I did notice a slight “chemically” smell but got used to it after a while. Front desk staff very friendly. I would definitely recommend
