I typically don’t give reviews however we have been customers for a while and were disappointed this time. The room faucet did not dispense hot water, the bathroom mirror was not mounted properly, the washroom door would not close, stains on the shower floor, and the bed frame was worn off. Additionally, 1 out of 3 elevators was working which made our wait times longer (we even took fire exit once). The entrance to the hotel was also unprofessional with gorilla tape on the revolving door. Thank you.

They make is aware that the elevators do not work but they can’t expect good reviews when you have to wait 15 minutes for an elevator and then when it arrives you can’t even get on. Putting a note in each room apologizing for the inconvenience is not enough. The hotel charges $250 avg for weekend rate and that’s overcharging based on inconvenience and the poor state of the facility. It was dirty, tons of markings on the walls, they just don’t match the level of cleanliness as other hotels even the budget ones like a courtyard. I don’t recommend staying here.
