The room and the view were excellent. Very historical and comfortable. The staff were very accommodating and thoughtful. We arrived very late after the reception was closed and Margo even left us some hot water for tea. Great stay, would definitely visit again

This is, without a doubt, the best house I’ve ever rented. The views are absolutely breathtaking, and the location is unbeatable—perched above town next to a beautiful waterfall, with easy access down charming steps into the center. It’s peaceful, private, and perfectly situated.The house itself is gorgeous and exceptionally well-equipped—by far the most organized and thoughtfully prepared rental I’ve stayed in. Bente has considered every detail, from cozy robes for the hot tub to everything you might need during your stay. It truly feels like she’s sharing her beloved home, not just renting out a property.We wanted to stay forever! We’ll absolutely be back. The property is located above Geiranger village at a height with a great great clear view of the fjord and Geiranger town below. The host was warming, informative and welcoming. The rooms were well furnished and clean with excellent cleanliness and a kitchen for guest use with a great view of the fjord ahead.

Nice views and balcony. Very walkable. Hotel is a little outdated. We were told there was free parking at time of booking and then when we got there was told that changed and was now about $50/day usd. Staff was very friendly and they accommodated us with a baby crib!
