High and beautifully situated house with south terrace. Sandy beach and jetty. Good fishing and you have your own boat at the jetty. You can hike here in a hilly area with oak trees. Strängnäs golf course is 20 km away, it has 27 holes. No doors in the house! A steamboat goes from Mariefred to Stockholm. See Gripsholms Castle in Mariefred and take the narrow-gauge railroad from Mariefred to Läggesta.
