In the heart of downtown Strasbourg, the NETTER apartment is perfect for a family stay or with friends. With its 70m2, it offers a comfortable and well-equipped space. Its location will allow you to spend a pleasant stay discovering the city of Strasbourg.



It consists of:

a living room/dining room with a double sofa bed and a single sofa bed

a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator/freezer, stovetop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, and toaster)

two bedrooms, each with two single beds

a bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine

separate toilets



The apartment is on the 3rd floor with an elevator, above the "BOULANGER" store located at 30 rue du 22 novembre



Since Rue du 22 Novembre is a pedestrian street, you can access the building by car only at certain times (from 6 am to 11 am).

Immediately nearby (about 100 meters) are the public parking lots "indigo LES TANNEURS" and "indigo KLEBER". These parking lots are in the city center, so convenient for one or a few hours, but it costs 44 euros for 24 hours!

You also have the option to park in the Halles P2 Sebastopol parking lot, Halles P3 Marais vert (about 500 meters) or at the GARE WODLI parking lot (about 900 meters) which costs 20 euros for 24 hours.



The entire accommodation will be yours. Always in the spirit of satisfying you best during your stay:

The apartment has a baby bed and a high chair (These equipments are designed for children weighing no more than 15kg and under 3 years old). Remember to bring bedding for the baby bed, the mattress dimension is 60x120cm or reserve the "baby bedding" option as an extra.

In accordance with regulations and for your safety, the number of occupants in the accommodation, including adults, children, and babies, cannot exceed 15 people.



Do you want to sleep in a double bed? Once the booking is made, you can reserve a "double bed" option for 30€ per double bed, so that the 2 single beds become a double bed, with a double mattress topper and a double duvet.



House Rules:

This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs, and any other smoking devices is prohibited.

Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning fees.



Animals are accepted upon request (animals under 15kg and non-dangerous) with a supplement of 30€ per stay per animal. It is requested that animals be kept on a leash outside the accommodation.



Bed and toilet linen as well as the standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes changing the bed linen, a general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.

However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, clean the barbecue, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not wish to do this, you can order a "complete cleaning" supplement for the apartment for 30€ before your arrival. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in case of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of 60€ for cleaning fees will be charged to you.



For any stay of a minimum of 8 nights, a complete cleaning, during the stay, with changing of household linen is included in the rate, with the exception of the equipped kitchen and dishes. The desired day of the cleaning company's visit (excluding Sundays and public holidays) must be specified to us by email before your arrival, and will be confirmed subject to availability. If you do not want this service, it can be canceled but will not be refunded.



For stays of 7 nights or less, it is possible to book a "mid-stay cleaning" option before the stay, always excluding the equipped kitchen and dishes with an additional charge, upon prior reservation.



A digital contract signature and your ID will be requested after booking through the Yaago platform, as well as the information for the police report, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the persons present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to deny you access to the accommodation.

Spacious, centrally located

The apartment is located in the heart of the Grande Île, just steps away from the Strasbourg Cathedral and several Christmas markets. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with beautiful views of the streets below. Check in was easy. It was the perfect place to stay for exploring Strasbourg.

We had a nice stay at Netter. The apartments location is fantastic and we loved how easy we could walk everywhere. It’s bright. The beds were comfortable. We stayed with two adults and three kids and it worked well. The kitchen was fine for easy breakfasts but limited if you plan to cook. There were a few things we would have liked to have been cleaned better and there was notable wear on furniture and walls. We would definitely stay again though.

Wonderful location in central Strasbourg.....easy walk to the cathedral, Petite France, department stores, small shops, etc. Lively pedestrian area with a fabulous bakery right across the street, and so many wonderful restaurants close by. There is a large (expensive!) parking garage nearby, but you cannot park in front of the building or on the street nearby. We were travelling with a 1yr old and this place included a crib & high chair, plus there is an elevator for easy access with the stroller. The beds are comfortable w/ nice linens. The bathroom set up is a bit odd with the toilet in a separate room from the tub/shower, but it actually was an advantage for four adults sharing the space. This apartment is well stocked with basics like laundry soap, coffee, sugar, salt/pepper, a small olive oil, etc in case you really want to cook something. One small negative: this wonderful location was noisy on Fri/Sat nights because the street cafes stay open late. But we loved watching all the street activity from the nice windows and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Idéalement situé pour l’accès aux Marchés de Noël

L’appartement convient parfaitement à 2 couples ou une petite famille. Idéalement situé à 2 pas de la place Kléber. Accès facile et possibilité de se garer a proximité des halles.

Toplage und sehr schöne Ausstattung

Die Lage in Straßburg ist sehr gut; allerdings haben wir es aufgrund der vielen Einbahnstraßen nicht geschafft, mit dem Auto direkt vorzufahren. Den Pkw haben wir in dem Parkhaus des Museum of Modern Art geparkt – das günstigste Parkhaus in Straßburg. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll ausgestattet und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es wäre von Vorteil, wenn im Badezimmer ein paar weitere Haken für Handtücher wären und wenn die Handtücher entsprechende Aufhänger hätten. Insgesamt können wir diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. R. Hirschhäuser
