We did not stay in this establishment once we saw the room and facility. This is not a hotel. It is a "minimalist living" facility. Did not see any staff and all communications were through text.

When we walked in there was an overwhelming smell of cat pee. We could not stay because the smell was so bad and there was no office and no one to talk to. We had to find another place to stay. We contacted them through email. When they finally got back to us they said they couldn't help us and couldn't return our money.

Room and building were both unsecured. Every door in the hotel has the exact same generic door combination lock. Blood stains on the mattress. Mold growing on bed linens. No onsite hotel staff and management was completely unreachable.

Stayed in room 235 and when arriving there were no wash cloths,no tv remote and wifi was not working. Tried contacting someone for over an hour only to have them say its to late and my teammate is not answering. So after calling several times and no response proceeded to send text message demanding mu money back if not Taken care of asap. OH NOW SOMEONE IS GETTING BACK TO ME. Finally said someone is coming to take care of it. They said someone would be here shortly. Who knows how long that will be.

No staff. Room never cleaned. Heat didn't work. Smelled so bad of cat pee that I got the most powerful wall plug-in air freshener I could get. I even left it to help the next tenants.
