Beloved PEI century farmhouse set right between Charlottetown and the beach. Lots of room to rest and play, and only a three minute drive to the warm waters of the south shore, and Fox Meadows golf course. Lots of amenities nearby in central Stratford, and Charlottetown is just a five minute drive away. Enjoy our lovely gardens and mature trees and wake up to the sound of horses nearby. An Anne-inspired Island paradise with everything you'll need for a dreamy home-away-from home!
This house has 4 bedrooms and 5 beds. Wide open spaces and sunny spots inside, and lots of room to roam amongst the trees and flowers outside.

Our three main bedrooms have queen beds and plenty of room for clothes/lounging. Two have a desk for work(if you must...). The fourth bedroom has a bunkbed with a single mattress on top and a double on the bottom.
There's a big kitchen with an island for snacking, and two other dining areas- a smaller one with a bay window and a much larger one with a family gathering table that seats up to 10.

Main bathroom has a double sink vanity, bath and shower. Downstairs bathroom has a washer and dryer.

The house is the 140 year old original homestead of the Kennedy Family- hence it's location on "Kennedy Rd."
Your host is an actress and singer who spent 14 years at the Charlottetown Festival and played both "Miss Stacey"and "Marilla" in Anne of Green Gables. She's thrilled to have you in her very own Green Gabled house, and would be happy to guide you in all things "Anne" and the Island.
The bathroom has a bathtub or shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a microwave and a washing machine.
