Private: natural state property 1'000 m2. Terrace (10 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, parking (for 3 cars) at the house. Grocery 750 m, supermarket 10 km, bus stop 600 m, sandy beach 60 m. Golf course (9 hole) 29 km, walking paths from the house 10 m, gondola lift 31 km.
