Had to check out early

Had to check out early, lack of refrigerator and design of room is not good for long term stay. Loud construction below, parking was terrible every time you leave you have to pay 15 euros again. Super confusing to get to the garage and no instructions are given. Sundays there’s no way to get out of the garage with mall closed unless walking out the garage entrance for cars. AC is hardly cool and you can’t open the windows they are locked.

Great hotel. Clean, comfortable and close walking to all of downtown. Drinks are VERY VERY expensive. Breakfast was AMAZING with a lot of choices. Room AC was terrible and did NOT cool off at all. It was set to a higher room temp. that could not be overridden.

Modern rooms that are soundproofed. Being able to rent a guitar and plug it into an amp in the room is very cool. No way to change temperature, though. A real pain during my stay because the weather was warm and I couldn’t cool the room. 2 different shower gels felt like a bit of luxury. Clever idea to have a galley with tea and instant coffee right at the entrance to the floor. Decent location attached to a shopping mall with 2 grocery stores. Slow check-in.

We loved our stay at Ruby. We had an upgrade on our room which was really nice. Bar staff were really nice and enjoyed a cocktail made by barman especially for me and I give him 6* not only 5. Bar generally has a relaxing atmosphere. If you check in online you will save yourself a lot of time trying to check in at the desk.
