For both of our rooms the sink was clogged. We reported it at reception, but the receptionist really did not care. Please fix this for future guests.

Parking was not that great. You had to park at city center parking and walk. The breakfast was pretty good. The room is very small but comfortable. And there was great restaurants and walking distance

The staff were all so nice. Our room was very clean and spacious. We were treated with respect. We did not eat there but did enjoy happy hour from 5-7. The location was walking distance from the train station and to the Christmas market.

The stay is what I would have expected from Premier Inn. Room clean, breakfast excellent! There was a particularly unpleasant smell coming from the air con on a couple of occasions in two rooms to our knowledge. The TV also did not work properly. Reported but not fixed.

It's your basic, budget hotel right outside the red light district. They had a 3rd-party vendor that sold water and snacks but their pay machine was broken and the hotel staff was unable to help besides saying, we called them. There was a particular bartender who said to get tap water instead of selling a bottle of water behind the bar. Same bartender made sure we stayed at the hotel before he would serve us, like it mattered....? At check-in, I was greeted with 1 word - passport. Everything was entered in silence, and then I was handed my room keys. No brief about breakfast/prices, where the elevator was, etc. Super cold and unfriendly.

The room was quite decent and tidy. Enough room for two people with large luggages to have some lounging space and moving room. There's a kettle in the room with some provided tea/coffee. Only a combined body/hair wash is provided in the shower, if that matters. As per standard German hotel practice, there's no toothpaste/toothbrush, etc. amenities provided in the room. Quite good value for ~AUD$110/night (including city taxes).
