The breakfast was great we had scrambled eggs with seasoned potatoes as a hot plate option and bagels, muffins, and cereal as other options it was a good spread

Windows old, heating system old. I couldn’t sleep at night because heating system was making extremely loud noise. Everything was shaking. I thought earthquake started. Location is great. Beautiful view of the mountains. If you don’t care about the condition of the room this is good place to stay. The staff is helpful. Room is nice and clean.

Breakfast was the same every day and was OK. The beds were OK but should be replaced, they sunk in the middle or listed to one side. However, the staff was excellent and very friendly and helpful

Even during renovations, this is one of my and my wife's favorite places to stay. We've been there multiple times going back over the past 20 years. The hotel is beautiful inside and out. Due to the renovations we were given a room upgrade that was beautiful. Staff were very helpful and responsive. The food was outstanding. My only regret is that people don't dress for an elegant dinner like they used to. My wife and I and one other couple were dressed for the occasion. But that's not the hotel's fault.
