I did not like all the noise that was going on, you can hear everyone above you out in the hallways very very thin walls good luck on getting any type of sleep. The Staff very very nice & professional. Places is over the top clean & i love the hotel room it was just the noise for me is all.

The young lady at the desk was efficient, professional, and very sweet. Southern hospitality at its best . Everything about the hotel and the staff was positive. The only negative was the shower pressure was poor. I have a lot of hair and trying to rinse it with a shampoo and conditioner was difficult . I definitely recommend this hotel.

I love the amenities in the room. The stove especially is amazing. One thing they could do is place automated doors in the entrance so u can enter and exit smoothly with the carts. Overall, it was wonderful. 👍👍

Very please to say i came from Boston trying to sell my house in Sumter sc the ladies at the front desk made me feel welcome the room was clean and peaceful im coming back and bringing family real soon only problem fire alarm went off 2.30 or 3 a.m the last night i didn't mind cause i was getting up anyway to drive back to Boston

DON'T GO HERE

DO NOT STAY HERE! From bugs in our first bed to a 2:30am evacuation to incompetent management this place is awful! Management would rather argue with you than give you any compensation for problems with the rooms and their mistakes. Alert: handicapped rooms have awful beds that are on a base only 6 inches off the ground! Will NEVER stay here again.

This was my first and last time staying here. This was a new hotel and for $159 per night I guess I expected at least a continental breakfast but there was no breakfast. Next there was not a front dest person 24-hrs a day as you expect at other hotels. After hours concerns are handled by calling a number. With that being said someone or people (mostly minors) were playing on the elevator and playing knock knock and running away throughout Saturday night and also was playing with fireworks inside the hotel room which caused the fire alarm to go off at 2am. We had to evacuate the building. I believe if someone was there they could have possibly eliminated the problem. The hotel compensated those that did not reserve the hotel online through this platform. My advice book with the hotel directly. That way if anything happens you have a better chance of getting some type of compensation. I will not be using hotel.com because it is extremely difficult to get any financial compensation..

Our first night wasn’t great the floor kept alot of moisture. Then comes a huge bug . They said it was a water bug, to me it was a huge roach that I didn’t want any in my luggage to take home.

The room had roaches and the fire alarm went off at 3 in the morning and they didn’t want to compensate anyone for the inconvenience, no room service, no breakfast, the price of the rooms is definitely way too expensive compared to the services, 3 out of 5
