Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. With access to everything the mountain has to offer right outside the front door! True ski in and ski out from the front door, private hot tub, BBQ, heated glove/boot rack, heated bathroom floors, fully equipped kitchen, pet friendly, smart TV, and parking for up to three vehicles. If you are looking to maximize the amount of guests we can support (8) there are two queen size mattresses that can be placed on the main floor if you prefer not to share beds.
Make yourself comfortable in this vacation home, which features a fireplace and a Smart TV. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

What a perfect stay. Everything you could need from cookware to doggie towels. Malcolm was quick to respond and always a pleasure to interact with. Beds were extra comfortable and the space is so well thought out. The garage was great for all the gear. True ski-in/ski-out at the end of the road. Fantastic stay and can’t wait to go next year!

We have had one of the best Christmas together at Malcolm's place. He was very attentive and response to questions very efficiently. The place was clean and very convenient with ski in and out access. Parking was very easy and made our lives so much easier.

Well equipped, large spaces, Next to the Orient Chair

Well stocked kitchen, lacked for nothing. Fine glassware even has a martini shaker! Linens duvets were excellent quality and the beds were very comfortable. Hot tub worked well as did natural gas barbecue. Cleaning left to the cleaners (garbage removal etc.) - nice feature for those in a hurry to catch a flight.Garage held two vehicles with room for ski gear and getting ready. One additional vehicle outside, and several visitor parking spots. Recently built, neighboring units under construction. Use Valley Drive to access. Google tells you Sundance Road, clised in winter. Highly recommended.

Fantastic Ski in/Ski Out location

This townhouse has everything you need for a great trip to Sun Peaks. Spotlessly clean with all amenities. It is a new build on the hill and the access is literally right out the front door. The village is a quick 20 minute walk. The set up for your equipment in the garage is excellent complete with drying racks. Communication was fast and Malcolm was extremely helpful with our questions and requests. Don't think twice its a great spot!
