Went to concert. Shuttle dropped off at a certain spot and was told the shuttle would pick us up at same spot. Shuttle never came and had to walk back to hotel at 1 in the morning. Call the front asking where the shuttle was and he laughed and said it was at another location. Will not be back.

When arriving to the property my room was not available. Housekeeping didn’t have the room ready. This was after 4:00pm. Check in was at 3:00pm. The elevator closest to me room was not working. I had to use the stairs or the elevator on the opposite side of the property. I was on the 4th floor

Used this place for the first time for Morgan wallen concert. The shuttle service they offered for the guest to the event sounded great till we actually used it. From hotel to Levi was good but the nightmare began when we got picked up after the event. Staff told us they would pick us up at the drop off location and then we arrived along with several other guest. No one picked us up. Called a few times to the front desk and they assured me they were still operating the shuttle. So at this point I was waiting over and hour for a shuttle and called one last time. The guy at the front desk told us we were at the wrong location. Finally make our way to the “actual location” they said mention on the phone. Another hour goes by so I called again no answer. I got frustrated and ordered a Uber. Got to the hotel and the guy at the front desk said it was a mess of a night and offered a free water for our inconvenience. Will never use this hotel again
