This place was great and in a great location in relation to where our friends live. The owners were amazing and live there on the property. It is a more secluded location which was nice and quiet for us. We would absolutely stay here or at their other property again.

We had a great time! The property was exactly as it was described and very clean! It was perfect for our family. The host provided many daily essentials that made our stay convenient and comfortable. Comfortable and accommodating, the duplex is perfect for a small group. The kitchen is nicely stocked and the overall layout allows for plenty of space to relax. Tracy and Brian were great and quick to respond if we had any questions. Great place to stay, highly recommend checking it out.

Great getaway in Sunrise Beach!

Fantastic Vacation Rental! The owners were very nice & helpful! They even helped our boys set fishing lines. We truly enjoyed our time here. Easy to get to on all paved roads. The house was updated & lovely. Very spacious & clean! And, it always stayed nice and cool. We all loved the large deck and its views for our morning coffee and evening family time. Our kids loved taking out the Kayaks and Fishing off of the docks. They caught large bass and catfish. Great place to stay with a family! We will definitely be back!
