This was our 4th visit in the last 8 months. The Pines property is very well maintained and managed. I'm frequently amazed at the details they've thought of. Units are updated very nicely, very clean, and comfortable. The location is very convenient and accessible. We'll keep coming back as long as they'll let us. :-)

We had 8 guys from our family spend the weekend at Rob’s fantastic vacation home to golf end enjoy Bend’s dining options. House was fantastic for sleeping 8 adults with 7 bedrooms great kitchen and family room. Would definitely love to return with family soon. All newcomers to Bend from Texas, CA and Oregon. Loved it thanks for your hospitality Ron!

I loved that the house had lots of rooms and beds. I also appreciated the bikes made available to us.

Would definitely stay again

Great house, but more attention needs to be paid to cleaning it. Downstairs bedroom had stains that appeared to be blood on the pillow shams and bedspread. Bedroom headboard had a thick layer of dust on it. Upstairs beds had dog hair in them. Unfortunately, we arrived late at night but couldn’t address u til the morning. The management company was great at sent themOut to collect the linens, and wash them. They returned and placed the same linen on the beds that appeared clean, but by the next night we had dog hair in the bed again. It must be in the blankets. They did their best to make the situation better but I feel like new bedding needs to be purchase and the house needs a deep clean.
