Nice, comfortable, updated room. Everything was nice and there was a good breakfast bar. My only complaint was that the tv remote was not the original for the tv and it didn’t have the necessary functions to be able to navigate the channel options… not a huge deal since it was only a one night stay.

Great place to stay

Everyone was extremely nice during our whole stay except for one lady working the front desk our last 2 days in the mornings, she was very openly rude not only to us but several guests that we saw, even asking a lady questions about her service dog. Overall the rooms, pool, and breakfast was excellent. We had 2 rooms and 1 of the rooms tv only had 3-4 channels but we didnt even complain so it was no big deal. The area the hotel is in had a lot around close that was convenient and only about 15 minute drive from things like the City Museum, Zoo, and Arch.

Kinta, front desk girl was rude. Was approved for early check in, but she went out of her way to not let us check until 3:00. She went out of her way to make our stay very unpleasant.

Great experience

Second time staying here. Great friendly staff. Clean rooms. Pool area is well kept up. Was booked to no vacancy and was still quiet. Will definitely be back. Breakfast was tasty and filling. Eggs, sausage, toast, cereal, white and chocolate milk, 4 different juice choices, pancakes and some breads and pastries.

BED BUGS!

Bed bugs! I woke up with lots of bed bug bites on me the next morning. The pool was nice, but no towels both times we went down to the pool, when we asked the front desk they said they bring some, we waiting for another 15-20 mins and ended up giving up, and tracking water all the way to our room. The breakfast was really good!

Impressive for the cost

Awesome stay. Very clean and quiet location. Planning another weekend getaway next weekend with our son, as we know he will love it too. The pool area looked very clean and inviting. We booked our room as a last minute decision, so we didn't have our swimware, but did check out the pool and it was very clean. They actually had a Hot Tub too, which is a rare fund these days. Front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. Rooms were clean and cozy. Loved the walk in shower. Beds were comfy. The temperature in the room was comfy and easy to adjust with the wall thermostat. Definitely will be back and this will be a frequent weekend unwind for our family. Even though it's not too far from home, we enjoy change of environment sometimes, to relax swim and just unwind.

When we checked in there were no issues and everything was very smoothe, the first time we tried to use the microwave the fire alarm went off and wouldn’t stop, maintenance came in accusatory stating we had smoked in the room. My companion is seven months pregnant and nothing is smoked around or near her in the first place. Second, after getting settled in after the fire alarm was taken care of their was old pizza crust on the floor by the bed frames. We didn’t order food or have pizza with us so I know this wasn’t from us.
