65 Quamby Place, Noosa Heads

Top Floor two bedroom apartment in waterfront resort.
Light Filled rooms overlooking tropical lush gardens and heated pool. Outdoor spa, toddler pool and sauna with change facilities.
Beautiful BBQ and outdoor eating areas. Resort jetty and lush grassed sitting areas on water front.
Private tropical hideaway, where you can choose to simply laze by the pool or unwind on the secluded beach by the clear blue waters of the Noosa River.

As of the 18th of May 2026, we will be conducting Stage 2 of our Resort Upgrade. The works are to be completed by 7th August 2026.
The work includes removal of resort paving ( which will be done in sections) also complete upgrade of BBQ area and cabanas.
During this time the Pool, spa and Sauna will be in use. And waterfront will always be accessible also.
Alternate routes around the Resort will be set at different times depending on the sections of Paving being replaced.
Movement around the resort is always possible using the car park and stair wells.
Any noisy work will only occur between 8.30am to 4pm Monday to Friday as work will not be conducted over the weekends, but if it does will only be quiet work no power tools allowed.
If you decide you do not want to stay during this period we will allow free cancellation. But cancellations will need to be made between now and commencement of works on 18th May.

Great location, nice unit and good resort. Only let down was a few minor maintenance items (tv remotes flat batteries and toilet running) and lack on AC in the bedrooms. Overall great location and facilities, decent walk to hastings st but nice and flat
