About this property
Entire place
You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.
Noosa River Waterfront - The Nearest Faraway Place from Noosa
Have you recently found yourself accidentally but inextricably embattled in X wars and other dark nights of the cyber soul spent debating yourself about blocking vs. muting vs. taking a social media sabbatical vs. simply hurling your phone as far as a human being might fling such a thing and needing an escape from the "normal" you no longer enjoy?
Is there such a place to be found on the Sunshine Coast still somehow blissfully innocent of the encroachments of the tourism tsunami of cabanas on the beach?
Yes, there is, the North Shore of Noosa - A 5-minute journey across the Noosa River via the car ferry at Tewantin takes you to Noosa North Shore – with more than 80km of unspoilt open beaches, no cabana's, miles of golden sands and forest wilderness to explore. Beaches where you can be the only one there.
Noosa North Shore is a magical place, on a remote road where the ones lucky enough to live here keep it ever so quiet, whilst the non-residents, lucky enough to find out about it, flee on a regular basis for restorative weekends. Most people won’t tell you much about the place, though: those who have been say go, go quickly, and go often.
Getting there is both easy and particular: You drive to Tewantin in the Noosa Shire, on arrival at the ferry terminal at the end of Moorindal street, drive on board the ferry, and let your mainland worries drift off behind you. 12 minutes later, you step onto the deck at 67 Noosa River drive, a home positioned on the Noosa River, and 30 seconds later you’re watching the boats go by on the river, waiting for sunset......... a space to experience what you didn’t know you were missing!
The plantation-style river house is unique, bright, vibrant, and tactile; a space so radiant, your visual and emotional senses will be blissfully intoxicated. All of this served with a riot of emotional flavour and texture, laced with balance and harmony, re-imagined to reflect the holidays of old; Let the nostalgia kick-in…gain some perspective…and once you have had enough of that, gather your tribe, mix your favourite drinks and settle in, be sure to arrive for sunset happy hour.
Positioned on the pristine shores of the Noosa River, this newly built plantation river house presents a luxurious blend of modern architecture and natural charm. Offering an impressive 20 meters of water frontage, the property captivates with its breathtaking views and serene location
Designed with meticulous attention to detail, this residence showcases a unique aesthetic that is both bright and vibrant, ensuring every moment in this home is nothing short of extraordinary.
Upon entering, the home greets you with a sense of grandeur. The expansive living area, highlighted by elegant weatherboard detailing, creates a warm and inviting ambiance that is both sophisticated and comforting. The heart of the home, the kitchen, is a true masterpiece featuring an abundance of storage and a seamless extension to a bar and office area. This culinary haven is perfectly positioned to flow into the dining area, where doors open to a covered deck.
The deck offers an idyllic setting for gatherings or peaceful evenings and provides a splendid setting to dine al fresco while overlooking the shimmering waters of the Noosa River. The outdoor living space further extends towards the water and is an oasis designed for relaxation and entertainment. The pool is bordered by lush landscaping and invites you to take a refreshing dip or simply enjoy basking in the sun on the lounge chairs. There is also a private Jetty with marine infrastructure that will allow for a larger vessel.
The opulent master suite, located on the upper level, offers a private sanctuary with stunning water views. It is the epitome of luxury, designed to provide an unrivalled level of comfort and elegance. The additional guest accommodation is conveniently located on the same level as the main living area, providing easy access and functionality. Two of the guest bedrooms boast ensuites, offering privacy and convenience, while the other two bedrooms share a well-appointed bathroom. Each room within the home is crafted to enhance the bright, tactile environment that stimulates both visual and emotional senses.
Life on the Noosa Shore is about embracing the tranquillity of riverfront living while enjoying the conveniences of modern amenities. It's only a 10-minute boat ride to the bustling Hastings Street and a short drive back into town which ensures that all urban conveniences are within easy reach, perfectly balancing seclusion with accessibility.
