Luxuriously renovated 3 bedroom townhouse located in the beautiful Noosa suburb of Sunrise Beach. The spacious home is laid out over two levels so plenty of space for the whole family including your special fur baby. The downstairs comprises of open plan living with Coastal furnishings and fixtures. The brand new renovated kitchen has all mod cons including Nespresso compatiable pod machine. The ground level flows out onto a private fully fenced courtyard with gate access from the rear. There is also a powder room and laundry facilities on this level. The first level comprises of the 3 spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has A/C and a fan as well as a study nook should you need to work whilst on your holidays. Enjoy cooling ocean breezes from the master balcony with garden and pool views. The second and third bedrooms both have ceiling fans. The complex has a shared pool (heated in Winter only) as well as a private garage. Walk to the pristine beach and gourmet cafe (Chalet and Co) in moments. Noosa Heads is an easy 5 minute drive away where you will find world famous Hastings Street and Main Beach. Locals favourite Noosa Junction is a 3 minute drive away where you will find a fantastic selection of bars, restaurants and cafes.

Perfect Stay

Very nice house to spend time in.Very good kitchen with modern appliances, design, utensils etc. Everything you need if you are self catering.Use of laundry and separate loo downstairs which was handy as well as 2 bathrooms upstairs.We had terrible weather so it was nice to stay indoors but I imagine it would be nice and cool and open in summer with a pleasant rear courtyard and bbq.Aircon (reverse cycle) and fans.2 mins walk round the corner to a great coffee shop / cafe.2 min drive to the local IGA and butchers.2 min walk over the road to a spectacular beach for walks and 5 further min walk to an incredible off leash beach for your dog.We travelled regularly into Noosa Heads by car or Uber which was no problem.Secure parking for 1 car.Excellent communication from the hosts, would not hesitate to book again and recommend to others.

Lovely stay

Very well appointed house with everything you need. We enjoyed our stay. Only issue was the code wasn’t working on the gate at check-in and we had to wait for the host to come let us in. This wasn’t fixed for our whole stay so access was only through the garage with a lot of steps up to the apartment which was hard for my 70 mum.
