Disappointment

The only nice thing about the property was the location. The property is over priced. The flooring is old, the pillows are uncomfortable, the carpeting old. The parking for the car is so tiny and very difficult to get your vehicle in. There is only one aircon so the bedrooms are very hot at night. Laguna Real Estate have cleaners, which you don't ask for, to come in and clean. I had an item go missing. I reported it straight away to Laguna Real Estate and their response was that they were not going to replace the item. I find this unacceptable as I did not request cleaners and my agreement is with Laguna - the cleaners is their responsibility. I will not be recommencing Laguna Real Estate.

Review of property

Property is very well positioned and very clean with great amenities overall. Unfortunately it did not have wifi which didn’t go down well with my young adults. Also no Netflix. There is no air conditioning which was fine for us as it wasn’t too hot but in the height of the summer it would get very hot. However, overall it was a good property very close to cafes, restaurants and bars.

Clean and tidy. Well equiped kitchen and laundry facilities. Close to shops, beach etc.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Peaceful location with short walks to various water sport activities and eateries. The no Wifi was disappointing but none the less a pleasant stay.
