This first floor unit boasts lovely ocean views including the Shipping Lanes & was recently refurbished with new carpets and a fresh coat of paint. The unit will accomodate up to 4 people in a Queen & 2 singles, 1 bathroom and has an enclosed verandah overlooking the headland as well as a 2nd balcony area at the rear of the unit. Other features include TV, DVD, washing machine, dryer as well as a lock up garage.
Enjoy your holiday in peace and quiet, yet be close enough to all of the action of Kings Beach.
Please note that this property does not have air conditioning, however there are pedestal fans supplied.
