Bus friendly

Great unit if you need a bus, bus stops right outside window all hours of the day and night. Lots of traffic and street noise, pub 3 doors down. Easy walk to IGA supermarket, cinema, bakery and shops of Bulcock Street. No curtains on living room windows with units behind looking in, no privacy, same with balcony overlooking units behind. Outdoor furniture in lounge room being used as lounge, not very comfortable. No air conditioning but ceiling fans in each room. Stairs only access, not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Good security locks on building entrances and easy, secure parking underneath. Bathrooms functional but tiny & cramped. Tiny dishwasher with complicated tap arrangement each time.Bring some curtains if you value privacy. Balcony not suitable for young children. Convenient unit but noisy.
