Room wasn’t very clean - blinds, kitchenware and washing machine. Floor boards were very worn down. We paid extra for a superior, but the only superior part was new bathrooms. Pool furniture not broken but stained and sagging - not appealing to hang by the pool. Staff not engaging either, felt like asking a favour when we needed something. We stayed for 9 nights and weren’t made aware we would get a linen refresh. There was a handheld vacuum but no charger. For what we paid didn’t think it matched the quality. Pools were great, nice balcony, gardens beautiful, plenty of space in a 2 bedroom apartment. Blinds not working well and let in a lot of light.

From arrival and meeting the cheerful Reception team to departure, our experience was wonderful. Everyone we interacted with were positive and willing to help. The room was spotless and presented beautifully with quality furnishings. The on-site restaurant was so good we dined there on both nights! The gardens were immaculate and the location suited our needs being between Noosaville and Hastings Street. Will definitely stay again. Thank you.

The accommodation was very well presented quality furnishing comfortable and everything we needed for the 4-day stay with my grandchildren. Staff where very helpful throughout our stay right from the initial welcome brief early booking in and VIP experience. Location was great just a short bus ride from the centre, the pools and hot tubs where well maintained and great for the kids to have plenty of fun. The grounds where immaculate with well manicured gardens. Whilst the onsite Thai restaurant offers good value and tasting food there's only so much Thai food you can eat.. The site would most benefit from an onsite coffee shop to support the communal areas otherwise I cannot fault the team, accommodation and facilities.

Great location, hotel amenities and room was well appointed and maintained. 4 pools meant not overcrowded even though resort had lots of guests. Good transport available to Noosa Heads. Supermarket and cafes, restaurants in walking distance. All staff were polite and helpful

Fantastic apartment, with great kitchen and lounge, separate bedroom, loved the comfy balcony seats and the view of the resort. Bus stop outside resort to Noosa Heads main beach, was free over xmas. Farmers market Sundays, 10min walk away. Definitely will stay again!

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and I even got a late check out being mid week which was great with my flight delay. The facilities are wonderful, I used them all, but the walls are very thin (lots of noise from above, I could even hear the neighbours on the loo!) and there was a very musty smell in the whole apartment which only started to go by the 3rd day. If I had had flyscreens in the living area I would have kept open, but I didn’t want all the mozzies to come in. If I came back I’d ask for a top floor for both those reasons.
