The staff were friendly and welcoming, and I even got a late check out being mid week which was great with my flight delay. The facilities are wonderful, I used them all, but the walls are very thin (lots of noise from above, I could even hear the neighbours on the loo!) and there was a very musty smell in the whole apartment which only started to go by the 3rd day. If I had had flyscreens in the living area I would have kept open, but I didn’t want all the mozzies to come in. If I came back I’d ask for a top floor for both those reasons.

Room is nice & bed was comfortable. Parking was very tight but was near to your room. Not super walkable area but the being close to the farmers market was nice. It is an apartment complex style resort so if you leave in the rain to go to lobby or restaurant you will get wet. No elevators from what I saw either if you have heavy luggage.

This was a very pleasant and relaxing place to stay. And good value too. We were fortunate to be in an apartment a fair way back off the fairly busy road, & also not too near the onsite restaurant & reception Pavilion, meaning it was quiet where we stayed. Our place was ground floor, the deck overlooked a pool that was also more private than the 2 main pools up br reception pavilion.

The rooms were very clean, large and the ceiling fans were an added bonus. Pools were awesome and the food in the restaurant is 5 star and very affordable. We will definitely go back

Half half nice place

The place was beautiful. very tranquil heaps to keep families entertained Pin pong. Swimming, walks, movies Only thing was the amount of money we spent on two nights I expected the apartment to be emaculate but there was dirty dishes there were stains a dead bugs all over the back roller curtains. The drains in master bathroom had a wet mouldy smell to them . An there were about 8 cockroaches we killed Other than that it was pretty good

I honestly would give the South Pacific a 10/10, the pool areas, the rooms and amenities were all very well maintained, clean and tidy.. The only things that we could say was that the aircon wasn’t overly cool and the carpark spots wouldn’t be great for big cars but we loved our stay and would absolutely book there again
