It features a spacious living area with modern and comfortable furnishings throughout, two-way bathroom and separate toilet, laundry with washing machine and dryer, plus a fully equipped kitchen.
Located on the 1st floor, there are only a few stairs to walk up. It boasts an idyllic front balcony to sit, relax and catch the sea breeze, and an additional balcony off the main bedroom. Other features include free Wifi, smart TV & DVD, dishwasher, ceiling fans, gas BBQ, lock up garage and security screens throughout. The complex features a pool and secure entry with intercom.
Fair Haven is very close to everything you need including the patrolled Kings Beach, public pool, surf club, tavern, several cafes & restaurants incl. take-away options, beautiful parklands, safe play areas & interactive water feature, and the beautiful coastal pathways. Walk or cycle safely along the Kings Beach Headland around to Shelly, Moffat and Dicky Beach, or head to popular Bulcock Beach which forms part of the Pumicestone Passage to Bribie Island. Linen
Bookings newly created after the 26th of September 2025 will now supply linen, however guests will still need to make the beds. If booked prior to the 26th of September 2025 guests will need to supply their own linen or hire for an additional fee. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you for an additional fee

Key Collection: Please note that after-hours key collection is now handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lock box code on the day of your arrival. For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday.
