On the first level of the home, an open plan air conditioned living space with a TV & DVD player to sit and relax. A contemporary kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances including a coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave and fridge/freezer. If you don't wish to sit at the dining table seating up to 6 people, you can sit at the breakfast bar for casual mealtimes. Guests can also enjoy relaxing time together on the fully covered balcony complete with timber shutters to catch cooling sea breezes and an outdoor setting.

The master bedroom boasts a queen bed, air conditioning, wall mounted TV, built in wardrobe and stylish ensuite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms are both equipped with twin single beds, ceiling fans and built in wardrobes. The property also has a fully equipped laundry with washing machine and dryer as well as secure, undercover off street parking for guests use during their stay.

Marcoola Shores is a boutique complex with only eight units and visitors are welcome to make use of the communal swimming pool and BBQ area for the duration of their stay. It is a flat walk to the beach, shops, playgrounds and local coastal walkway, making it easy to park your car and enjoy walking or biking while you are staying. There is also public transport nearby making it easy for guests to access the rest of the Sunshine Coast.
